I went to see a movie the other day with a male friend. While getting ready, I of course took a shower and fixed my hair. We are just friends but most women like to look their best when they leave the house and I am no exception. I applied my makeup and fragrance cosmetics.

We went to see a new movie that was about a man helping a woman to get another guy by teaching her the ugly truth about how guys think. We laughed through it, whispered to each other about the bogus parts and acknowledged agreement with the things that did ring true. My friend then pointed out to me that he enjoyed the scent of my fragrance cosmetics. No, he didn't put it that way but you know what I mean. I wasn't wearing perfume but I had put on some nice body lotion that complimented the body wash I used and he liked how it smelled.

Afterwards, we went to eat and before we knew it four more hours had passed. We always enjoyed each other's company and it was nice getting together for a movie like that with a friend and being able to joke about it so well.

He sent me a text the following day saying “have a good day, Sweety” and then last night emailed me that he would like to go out on a date this coming Saturday. I'm not sure if my fragrance cosmetics had anything to do with it but I plan on following the same regimen anyway. He really is cute.
