I have been noticing changes in my hair. It is becoming less soft and fine. I am finding it more course. Grays are also showing up more frequently. My hair is also splitting more often.

I am looking for hair care solutions. The gray can be managed using hair dies. There are many colors close to my natural hair color. Though, it could be fun to go with a completely different color. Frequent hair trims can help with the split ends. There are some hair care products that claim to reduce and repair split ends. I will have to try some of them out. There are some solutions available for the courser hair.

I have been told to use specialized hair care products designed to deal with my issues. There are "stay in" treatments to soften hair. Moisturizers and conditioners for scalp and hair may be able to help. I have been told to protect my hair from sun damage. Drinking more water is supposed to help as well. I don’t know, nothing seems to be working yet. Tonight I am going online to find a solution.
