skin care products

Last night I was soaking in the bath tub after a long, really stressful day and when I started washing my feet, I noticed that my heels were dry and cracked. That's something that I have never experienced before, so it caught me a little off guard. I figured that since it was dry skin that I would just apply some of my favorite skin care products to my feet and that would be the end of it. After all, I've been using these skin care products for years, because they are so great with treating the dry skin that I seem to have so much trouble with this time of the year.
This morning I really didn't notice much difference after using the skin care products, so I decided to give mom a call and see if she had any ideas of what I should do. She said that I definitely needed skin care products, but something of a different sort. I asked her what she was talking about, and she asked if I remember the little stone that she always has lying on the side of the bath tub. I did remember it, and she told me that it is skin care products for the feet. It sounded a little odd to me, a stone to use as skin care products for the feet? She proceeded to tell me that the stone is called pumice and that what it will do is slough away the dead skin on the feet, which keeps them from drying and cracking. When she explained it to me, it made sense so I asked her if I could still use my regular skin care products as well. Mom said that some people actually do use the pumice and then apply skin care products to their feet and then sleep with socks on. She said it allows the lotion to soak into their feet, creating smoother skin. It all made sense to me, so I thanked her and hung up the phone so I could look for some skin care products for my feet. It didn't take me long before I found Pumice Stone(Pack of 48) that I found for a great price at All Star Sports Outlet who can be found online at www.allstarsportsoutlet.com. I placed my order and hopefully I'll have them in house within a week. I'm looking forward to seeing how they help my feet, and because I ordered a large package, I'm going to share one with everyone this holiday season. After all, feet need skin care products too.
