hair care

Hair care can be very easy when you keep things simple. I've seen celebrities talk about how their hair is processed with heat styling tools, first a blow dryer then a flat iron, and I think, that's not processed it's over processed. Hollywood seems to think that we have to have perfectly straight hair, or it doesn't look good. How many times have we forgone hair care in favor of the latest hairstyle trend? I've had a couple perms and I still remember how bad the solution smelled, 20 years later. If only I thought about better hair care back then, I would have thought twice about using a chemical process to permanently curl my pin straight hair.

Of course, if I didn't perm my hair, I was curling it with some sort of heat method. At least the home temporary heat set methods were few and far between, so I wasn't too worried about it. Of course, I wasn't too concerned with hair care in general back then, after all I was in high school and Final Net was still being used by one and all. Come to think about it, Final Net was probably a bigger threat to hair care than the two perms I had been.

Still I can save loads of money on hair care products by not over processing my hair, I just keep it simple and my hair looks great as a result.
