perfume gift set

One of my favorite gifts to both give and receive throughout the year is perfume gift set baskets. The thing I love is that you can always find a perfume gift set for just about every type of perfume and cologne on the market. This year, I decided that I would try a little something different for some of my best friends. I thought I would create them a relaxation package with their favorite perfume gift set, and then I'd add a book, plus some of their favorite coffees and teas. Oh and of course, I decided to also include some scented soaps and candles. I thought it would be fun to wrap everything in a huge basket, and give it to them it with a big bow. I am not one to buy the same perfume gift set for everyone. My sister in law does that, so I know if her sister opens a present with a particular type of perfume gift set, that when I open mine it will be exactly the same. Not that there is anything particularly wrong with giving everyone the same perfume gift set, but I personally think that when you give a person a perfume gift set that it should match the person you are giving it to. After all, not everyone likes the same scents. I make my own perfume gift set by mixing and matching scents I know each person will love.

This year my sister in law will be getting a gift set, but not just anything, a scent that I know she loves. I still haven't decided about my mother in law, but I still have lots of time to make a decision. I always have extra perfume in the house on the off chance that I'm unsure what to give someone, or if I have a last minute gift to throw together. Then I at least have something on hand.  I just store them in the closet until their birthdays or special occasion roll around. I love being organized.
