Hair Styles for the Ages |

Have your hair styles changed as you have matured? The things we do in life often dictate our hairstyles. For instance when I was a very little girl I had long hair with bangs. I remember my mom struggling to keep it brushed and detangled. My mom would put headbands in my hair or bows and sometimes we would braid or put it in pony tails. I think think we both enjoyed my long hairstyle.
But when my family moved to a warm climate due to my dad's job being transferred we had my hair cut short. And when I say short I am talking about a pixie cut. My hairstyle went from long to above my ears. I did not like it. I think I allowed my mom to maintain that hairstyle for a couple years then I grew it out. By the time I was in High School I had beautiful long hair, it went below my waist!
Then I got married and had children. I learned that hair styles sometimes need to change with life styles. It was easier for me to care for babies and toddlers with shorter hair. Now I never went back to that pixie cut but I did trim my hair back to shoulder length. My hair styles sure changed as I matured.
